


Bootcamp (Intermediate)ĪLL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 LEVEL 1 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING BOOTCAMP. Level 4 routines are packed with all the skills to boost cardio, fly higher, and maximize the fun! Instructors will also incorporate weights to focus on toning muscle. In level 3 you will feel your confidence and endurance increase with the fast-paced format and fun music! Level 4 (Advanced)ĪLL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 LEVEL 3 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A LEVEL 4. After gaining confidence from the previous levels, come put all that you have learned into practice. You will also begin your strength training with weights at this level, to achieve a full-body workout. In Level 3 you will learn the last set of skillsets, fine-tune your technique, and continue to challenge your endurance. In Level 2, you will be repetitively practicing techniques and adding routines to get you ready to move on to the faster-paced Level 3! Build on your basics and endurance as we challenge you to learn more advanced skills and routines. Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to Level 2 OR Bungee Bootcamp. EVERY FIRST-TIME SLING BUNGEE FITNESS CUSTOMER MUST START HERE. This basics class is the place to start! In Level 1 you will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness.
